Richard has more than 25 years’ experience, working in a variety of manufacturing, print, packaging and supply chain management roles.
He is accomplished in all areas of print and has a thorough understanding of production and logistical best practice. With this vast knowledge he is able to undertake most projects to final completion, while ensuring the smooth operation of the Company.
Richard’s team always puts the needs of the customer first. Together they ensure the production process meets the high quality standards and deadlines set by the Company.
Sam Burrows

In his 12 years at Pyramid, Sam has held several roles and knows the business inside out. Starting in the warehouse, he was promoted to other areas of the Company including freight, logistics, stock control and procurement.
Sam currently oversees procurement and stock control for thousands of products and many different customers.
